Human IFN-γ/TNF-α/Perforin Three-Color FluoroSpot

This optimized FluoroSpot assay reliably detects and measures human and some NHP IFN-γ, TNF-α, and Perforin secretions by stimulated effector cells in frequencies as low as one in a million.

Scanning and analysis requires an analyzer with fluorescent capabilities. CTL recommends any of the following Series 5 or Series 6 readers running ImmunoSpot® Software version 5.3 or higher: S5UV, FluoroCore, Ultra, Universal, Ultimate. Capture Kit

Includes Capture Antibody for each cytokine plus serum-free medium, low autofluorescence PVDF plates, and all diluents.

Detection

Kit Contains fluorescently-labeled Detection Antibodies and fluorochrome conjugates that bind to the secreted cytokine of interest. The fluorochrome conjugates contain proprietary dye systems for fluorescence detection of the specific cytokine by scanning and analyzing the emitted wavelength of the fluorochrome(s) using an ImmunoSpot® fluorescent Analyzer.
