ImmunoSpot® Kit Scanning & Analysis Services

CTL offers ELISPOT/ FluoroSpot analysis services to academic or regulated customers who do not have yet a suitable instrument or wish to outsource the analysis to experts.

ScAnalysis™ for non-regulated customers

Getting started with ELISPOT/FluoroSpot has never been simpler! Just ship your fully developed and dried ELISPOT/FluoroSpot plates to CTL for scanning and analysis by our highly-trained staff using the ImmunoSpot® system. The output is prepared in the form of publication-ready TIFF or JPEG images, and Excel® files containing spot count frequencies, mean spot sizes, spot size distributions, counting parameters, and overlays of raw and analyzed images for quality control of the counting results. The service includes optional in-depth discussion of the results and assay consultation providing access to the cumulative scientific expertise of the company.

Scanning Service for non-regulated customers

With this option, ELISPOT/FluoroSpot plates are shipped to CTL for scanning enabling customers to analyze the electronic files independently using CTL’s ImmunoSpot® Software. This provides a cost-effective solution for those who aren't ready to purchase an analyzer yet, but who also want to perform their own data analysis.
